This is mash hopped with ekuanot and continuously dry hopped during the fermentation process with motueka, Nelson sauvin, mosaic, Galaxy and even more motueka! #07 highlights notes of yuzu zest, young peach, passion fruit & lingering flavors of Sauvignon Blanc.
